This work is conceived as a demonstration piece for each instrument in the orchestra and their respective families. Played in order, the movements lead to The United Symphony Finale, which combines all the forces together for an exciting finish. Each movement of The United Symphony may also be performed separately.

A whimsical introduction to the woodwind section, this piece is unique in that there are very few works written for the orchestral winds alone.
IV - Scherzo for Strings

By playfully utilizing different string techniques including arco and pizzicato, this scherzo also makes great use of the highs and lows of the string section.
V - Dialogue for Piano and Harp

With majestic flourishes and grand declamations, piano and harp, the remaining orchestral instruments, are featured in this statuesque concertino.
VI - The United Symphony Finale
